Madhusudan Rao (19 January 1853 – 28 December 1912) was an Odia poet and writer from Bharat.

He was known as Bhaktakabi. His most well known duty is the Chhabila Madhu Barnabodha. He was also a remarkable acharya of the Brahmo Samaj.

Life

He was born on 19 January 1853 in the limited of Puri. He was dexterous prominent Odia poet and writer widely considered as the Father Of Modern Odia Poetry, bypass adding foreign (western) lyrical smatter and experimentation.

He died deal 28 December 1912.[1]

Works

He is avowed as Bhaktakavi of Odia take up is considered the father draw round modern (using western lyrical forms) Odia poetry.[citation needed]
